The BAU Cyprus Law Society Annual Dinner was held at the Gastrocafe.  Majd Musleh, the speaker of the BAU Cyprus Law Society, delivered the opening remarks and thanked the BAU Cyprus administration for their assistance in organising the event on behalf of the Law Society.

The Dean of the Law Faculty, Asst. Prof. Dr. Aydin Atilgan, addressed the guests after Musleh. Dean Atilgan, stated that there are numerous reasons to celebrate this occasion and highlighted the accomplishments of the Law Faculty and students during the academic year of 2022-23. The Dean, congratulated all students and faculty members on the successful completion of the Nigerian accreditation process and wished BAU Cyprus Law students who will participate in international studies in London, Sarajevo, and Chicago this summer the best of luck.

He added that, the Law Society’s annual dinners should be viewed as an opportunity to increase our awareness of being a part of the global community of lawyers. In addition to the faculty and students of the BAU Cyprus Faculty of Law, the event was attended by Prof. Nuri Erisgin, Law Dean of European University of Lefke, and Prof. Eylem Umit Atilgan, Law Dean of University of Kyrenia.
