Established in 2018 at the inception of the University, BAU Cyprus Faculty of Tourism comprise of two (2) departments, the School of Tourism and Hotel Management and Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. The Bachelor of Science Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management and Gastronomy and Culinary Arts programs run over a period of four (4) years and the studies are offered in English. Accredited by Yodak a Higher Education Accreditation Organizations in Turkey, our aim is to not only raise industry confident and competent students. We endeavor to develop empowered individuals across the globe to unlock their full potential and make a positive contribution to the society. Our programs are designed to equip students with the comprehensive understanding of the Tourism and Hospitality industry and Culinary Arts. Not only do we prepare students to become hospitality leaders, but we ensure that they receive a qualification that gets them noticed by high-end employers all over the world.
Our campus’s intimate and conducive learning environment combined with our strong emphasis on academic and practical learning, aids our students to gain comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry. The faculty of tourism graduates in tourism and hospitality management or Gastronomy and Culinary arts gain exceptional skills, cultural awareness and entrepreneurial thinking skills that make them attractive to top notch industry employers.
