A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Bahçeşehir Cyprus University
and the Lebanese French University. The MoU aims to establish direct and mutually beneficial
cooperation in the fields of higher education, science, and culture, as well as to enhance the
effectiveness of educational, methodological, and scientific research activities.

During the visit, Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Toycan gave a tour of the campus to the Lebanese
French University officials, providing detailed information about the university’s scientific
laboratories and ongoing research activities.

The official signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Banar Fareed Ibrahim, Vice President for
Scientific Affairs of the Lebanese French University, and Prof. Dr. Mehmet Toycan, Rector of
Bahçeşehir Cyprus University.
