There are three main research topics which are studied by Assist. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Karşılı.
Human Resource Management – In addition to all the basic issues of an enterprise, it is to train employees who are trained, knowledgeable, equipped, and able to do business in a global environment, especially in the field of human resources management.
Marketing – In addition to the basic subjects of business administration, it is to train employees who are educated, knowledgeable, cultured and successful in global markets, especially in the field of marketing.
Performance Management – is all about setting clear goals and providing regular feedback for each employee to help you achieve your organizational goals. While there’s clear value in performance management when it comes to employee development and retention, it can also provide value during the hiring process.
