G. Research Topics

a. Cemal Yorgancıoğlu completed his master’s and doctoral studies in the triangle of Nationalism, Cyprus and International Politics. Yorgancıoğlu still continues his studies of nationalism and intensified his studies on the relations and ties of nationalism with other disciplines.

b. Another field of work of Yorgancıoğlu is African studies. Within this discipline, it focuses specifically on Sub-Saharan Africa. Yorgancıoğlu conducts studies evaluating the efforts of nation-states dealing with Boko Haram and similar terrorist organizations. He also focused on elections and local politics.

c. Another field of study is on Public Administration and politics. It carries out its studies in this field mostly in Turkish language. Yorgancıoğlu has studied especially on the positions of Under-secretary and Deputy Minister.
